Privacy Policy
Last updated: 9 July 2026
GenAIWallah ("we", "us") operates genaiwallah.com, offering AI workshops, courses, tutorials, and mentoring. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and how it's handled.
Information we collect
- Registration details — when you register for a workshop, event, or course, we collect your name, email address, phone number, and (optionally) your current occupation/status and how you heard about us.
- Payment information — payments are processed by Razorpay. We never see or store your card, UPI, or banking details; Razorpay's own privacy policy governs that data.
- Usage analytics — we use PostHog and Vercel Analytics to understand how visitors use our site (pages viewed, time on page, approximate location, device type).
- Advertising data — we use the Meta Pixel to measure ad performance and build advertising audiences. This may share events like page visits and button clicks with Meta. You can opt out of personalised ads in your Meta ad preferences.
How we use your information
- To deliver the workshop/course you registered for — including sending the session link, materials, recordings, and certificates.
- To send you updates about your registration via email or WhatsApp.
- To tell you about future workshops and offerings you may find relevant (you can opt out anytime).
- To improve our website and content using aggregate analytics.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
What we don't do
- We do not sell your personal data to anyone.
- We do not share your contact details with third parties except the service providers listed above, strictly to operate our services.
Data retention
We keep registration data for as long as needed to serve you and maintain records of past participants. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. To do so — or to opt out of marketing messages — contact us on WhatsApp at +91 86073 23545 or via Instagram @genaiwallah.
Cookies & tracking
Our analytics and advertising tools may set cookies or use similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the site remains usable with cookies disabled.
Children
Our services are intended for users 16 and older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
